Loved the smooth check-in and complimentary wine—it was a worthy pre-dinner delight! The room felt like a cozy closet with zero light, though. Who doesn’t appreciate a little BBQ aroma wafting in while just trying to relax?

The location is superb, just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it super convenient for transportation. the hotel offers thoughtful amenities like a clothes refresher & dryer in the room, which was a real lifesaver for keeping our clothes fresh and clean. - the breakfast provided a great variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. One standout feature is the foot and back massager, a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the city.
Room brightness could be improved, especially when the view is obstructed by a neighboring building.

The double room at the hotel was truly cozy and inviting. the soft carpeted floor made me feel right at home, and the soothing electric kettle was perfect for a late-night cup of tea. the air conditioning was a lifesaver for a light sleeper like me.
Not a big fan of the unnecessary massaging chair in the room.
